Unfortunately, these seldom used forums have been spammed by bots and have defeated the e-mail activation process and flooded the database to our prescribed limits. We had to institute stricter registration and posting rules so we apologize to everyone for these inconveniences. Alas, this is the reality of the "open internet" today...
